3M abrasives expert TJ demonstrates the importance of choosing the right abrasive belt when grinding aluminum. Aluminum is becoming more common in metalworking shops, and it can be difficult to work with. In the short video above, TJ tests two different belts—a general-purpose aluminum oxide belt and the 3M™ Cubitron™ II Cloth Belt 981F—to see which performs better.
