John Reichelt is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for MSC Industrial Supply Co. He is an accomplished executive with extensive expertise across all facets of Information Technology. He has held numerous leadership and transformation roles throughout his career. Most recently, he served as the Chief Information Officer at TriMark USA, where he directed the organization’s digital and technology strategy. In this role, he led the company’s end-to-end business transformation, driving technology modernization and business enablement.
Prior to his tenure at TriMark, Mr. Reichelt held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President of Field Services, Infrastructure, and Technology Operations at Aramark. There, he spearheaded efforts to modernize the Technology Operations function, transforming it into an efficient shared service. Mr. Reichelt also served as Senior Vice President and CTO of Global Infrastructure and Operations at The TJX Companies, Inc., overseeing the global IT RUN function, technology transformation, and leading the technology integration for multiple acquisitions.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Reichelt acted as CIO, CTO, and IT Transformation Lead at National Grid, where he managed the company’s SAP transformation program. He was also Vice President and Chief Enterprise Architect at Procter & Gamble, building the foundation for innovation and strategic IT alignment. Mr. Reichelt began his career at GE Capital, serving as the solution development lead and Enterprise Architect.
With a wealth of experience in driving technological innovation, executing large-scale business transformations, implementing IT strategies, and managing complex IT operations, Mr. Reichelt is a recognized leader in the field.
Mr. Reichelt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Quinnipiac University.
