Julie Rockett is Vice President, Chief People Officer for MSC Industrial Supply Company and leads the company’s human resources services and operations throughout North America, as well as MSC’s culture, community and belonging, and the learning & organizational development teams.
Julie brings to her role more than two decades of experience at MSC. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and inclusive culture-building. Throughout her tenure, Julie has successfully guided her team and business leaders through major organizational changes, including cultural transitions following acquisitions and structural realignments.
Prior to joining MSC, Julie held progressive HR leadership positions with Johnson Diversey, Sigma Associates, Federal APD, and UPS where she focused on maintaining positive associate relations in both union and non-union environments, improved high-volume hiring efficiency, and successfully integrated multiple acquired companies.
Julie holds a BA with honors in Psychology from Michigan State University.
