Mr. Siegel brings deep expertise in M&A, corporate governance, and complex litigation, with a track record of leading transactions and strategic initiatives generating billions in revenue. He most recently served as Counsel at Moritt, Hock & Hamroff and holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Wesleyan University.
