Change Billing Address
MSC Industrial Supply requests the following information prior to initiating account billing changes. MSC Industrial Supply currently does not offer the ability for contacts to change the account billing information online or via phone. MSC Industrial Supply requires all changes to the billing address to be submitted in writing as a security measure, which maintains the integrity of your account.
Business Accounts - Please submit your request on company letter head, signed by an officer of your company. This information must be either faxed to our Credit Department at 516-812-1706 or mailed to:

Billing Name Changes

An Asset Purchase Agreement and credit application should be submitted if changing the company name due to the purchase of the business.

Asset Agreement - A form of business purchase in which the buyer obtains the underlying assets of the business without assuming its liabilities.
Combined Billing Name/Address Changes
Please note, when requesting both a name and billing address change, please follow the instructions for Billing Name Change and include all supporting documentation. The name change will only be completed once all supporting documentation has been received by MSC Industrial Supply.
