We'll be comparing conventional solution, depressed center grinding wheel, separate face-eye-hearing-respiratory protection, to performance solution, 3M Cubitron fibre disc, 3M Speedglas integrated welding and respiratory protection with separate eye and hearing protection. Let's get going with the challenge.

Performance solution, vibration exposure is 0.094 points, vibration magnitude 5.1 meters per second squared, noise dose 98. On the performance side he changes plates and continues. At 39 seconds, the conventional solution changes plates.
At 39 seconds, the performance side begins welding.

The conventional side continues grinding. At 1 minute 23 seconds, vibration exposure is 1.163 points, vibration magnitude is 0.3 meters per second, noise dose is 530. The welding begins on conventional solution.
