Anytime we're dealing with stainless steel and especially in hole making—drilling, tapping, reaming—we definitely run into some problems. So they are adhesive, they are work hardening. We're going to talk about what makes it work hardening. We're going to deal with high heat. We're going to deal with loading and a lot of times that forces you to have to back off and run at lower feeds and speeds and lose productivity compared to other materials. So we want to talk about how to get around that. And definitely, from a drilling standpoint, built up edge, chipping, chip jamming, all those type of things are going to lead to problems with tool life, again productivity and things like even how many reconditions you can get out of the tool. So that's a big deal if you have a bunch of chipping going on and you've lost a big section of the drill ,you've definitely lost some value in that drill and how you recondition it.
