A Message to Our Valued Customers

With approximately half of the states in the U.S. reopening or planning to do so very soon, we recognize that ensuring that your facilities are safe for your employees is a top priority. We remain committed to helping you manage through the coronavirus pandemic, so I wanted to provide an update on how MSC is prepared to support your success when you’re ready to reopen your facilities or resume normal operating levels.

The safety of your team members and ours is paramount. We continue to equip our Sales and Solutions team members with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer, and they’ve been practicing social distancing while visiting customer facilities. Should your facility not accept visitors at this time, we remain highly available to support you remotely.

Given the continued importance of social distancing and the increased need for online resources, we have developed a special Safety Guide that provides tips on protecting your employees along with other helpful information to consider as you resume operations.

In addition, our product sourcing team has been working around the clock to procure mission-critical PPE and jan-san supplies through our extensive network of suppliers around the world. Fortunately, we’ve been able to secure a significant quantity of disposable ear-loop face masks that are available for quick delivery.
