Economy cotton mops leave behind streaks of dirt, requiring multiple passes before the floor is clean. The disposable mop is made of a hydrophilic nonwoven material that removes three times more dirt and grease, resulting in cleaner floors. Traditional mops require a lengthy break-in process before they reach maximum absorbency and performance. These extra steps add significant time to the cleaning process. The new disposable mop helped streamline that process, requiring no break-in period for immediate peak absorbency. To further illustrate the absorption properties, you can see that the disposable mop quickly begins absorbing water and sinks in the bucket almost immediately. The cotton mop fails to sink even after five minutes. A traditional cotton string mop is made of natural fibers that lint and shed while mopping. Excess lint can lead to unnecessary rework. The new disposable mop is made of a nonwoven polyester rayon blend that offers reduced linting and will deliver cleaner floors the first use. The new RCP disposable mop can accommodate both side gate and jaw style handles. It is available in small, medium, large and extra-large sizes with one-inch and five-inch headband sizes and features a tail band for maximum and consistent floor coverage.
