Aluminum

Aluminum is a versatile metal alloy and the most commonly used lightweight metallic material. They are relatively easy to shape metals, especially in material removal processes, such as machining. In fact aluminum alloys as a class are considered to offer the highest levels of machinability as compared to other metals. Our tools for cutting aluminum include abrasives, taps, end mills and drill bits.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel resist corrosion and aggressive environments at low or high temperatures. Parts often can be made stronger and tougher with stainless steels than with mild steels or nonferrous metals. Designers will find among the stainless steels, properties capable of meeting a wide range of manufacturing and end use requirements. Choose from our assortment of cutting tools such as cutoff wheels, jobber length drill bits, milling inserts and square end mills.

Titanium

Titanium is a metal with low density and high strength. It's nontoxic and resistant to corrosion. It has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal, and it has a relatively low modulus of elasticity. As end markets like aerospace and medical look for ways to improve the strength and reliability of their products, many machine shops are seeing increased use of harder materials like Titanium alloys. Our cutting tools for Titanium include quick-change discs, milling end mills and threading taps.

Cast Iron

Cast iron is one of the most free-machining ferrous materials. One of the main advantages provided by cast iron components is their ability to incorporate many design features that often must be "added-on" in other manufacturing methods. Cast Iron cutting tools include wheel brushes, taper shank drill bits, corner radius and corner chamfer end mills to straight flute taps.
