- We welcome members of all levels of expertise. If you’ve been involved in manufacturing for decades, please share your knowledge. If you are new to manufacturing and have questions, you are as equally welcome as everyone else. We formed this community because we are dedicated to the growth of manufacturing for decades to come.
- Share with care. No posting on topics that are related to hate speech - content that promotes, fosters, or perpetrates discrimination because of race, creed, color, sexual orientation, age, religion, gender, marital status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability. No posting on defamation to a person or group of persons. No name calling and/or personal attacks on our community members. Zero tolerance will be given for insulting our community members. - Don’t criticize another’s posting with sarcastic, snide or insulting remarks. Sarcasm can be understandable when you know someone personally, and even then, it’s not always received well. On the internet, these sorts of comments are even harder to translate positively. Recommendations, suggestions and constructive feedback should be used instead.

- No sharing of anything that breaks the intellectual property right or copyright laws of the U.S. and other countries.

- Posting of spam containing or linking to any kind of virus, malware, spyware, or similar program that could cause harm to a user's computer is prohibited.
